2. Products, images and pricing
CRJPhotography.co.za offers a collection of limited edition archival B&W wildlife images that are printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag. These printed images are available in various sizes namely, A4 at R2000.00, A3 at R3000,00, A2 at R4500,00, and A1 at R6750,00.
Our fine art prints are produced to order. Product images are shown for illustration and may vary slightly in tone, colour and appearance depending on your screen. Prices are displayed in Euro ( € ) and may change without notice. We will confirm the price applicable to your order before payment is completed.
3. Orders and payment
Orders may be placed through the online shop by selecting the desired artwork, choosing the available print size, and completing the checkout process. Before submitting an order, please check that all product details, quantities, delivery information and contact details are correct. An order is considered received when you complete checkout. Acceptance of the order is subject to successful payment authorisation and product availability. We will send an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. If we are unable to accept or fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund any payment already received. Payments are processed securely through the payment options available at checkout. CRJ Photography does not store complete payment card details. Prices are shown in the applicable store currency and may include or exclude delivery charges, taxes, customs duties or other fees, as indicated during checkout. If an obvious pricing, product description or technical error appears on the website, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel the affected order. If your payment has already been processed, you will receive a full refund for the cancelled order.

4. Delivery policy
All fine art prints are carefully prepared and packaged for delivery to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure that your delivery details, contact number and email address are correct before placing your order. CRJ Photography cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information. Prints are produced to order. The estimated production and delivery time will be communicated during checkout or in your order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weekends, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control. Orders are dispatched using a suitable tracked courier service where available. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided to the email address supplied at checkout. Customers should monitor tracking updates and ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery. For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless expressly stated during checkout.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us at craig@crjphotography.co.za within seven (7) days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and damaged item so that we can investigate the matter and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.

5. Returns and refund policy
**1**Return Window: We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. Due to the limited-edition nature of these archival prints, we cannot accept returns beyond this window.
**2**Item Condition & Certificate: Prints must be returned in pristine, mint condition, free of smudges, creases, fingerprints, or scratches. The Certificate of Authenticity attached to the back of the print must remain fully intact and undamaged.
**3**Packaging Requirement: The print must be rolled carefully and returned securely inside its original heavy-duty shipping tube with all protective layers (acid-free tissue paper and sleeve) to prevent transit damage.
100% Risk-Free Refund: Once we receive the print and verify that both the artwork and the attached Certificate of Authenticity are in their original condition, we will issue a full refund, including your original shipping fee, back to your original payment method.
**4**Return Shipping: We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label so the package remains fully insured during its return journey.

6. Cancellation policy
You may request cancellation as soon as possible after placing an order by contacting craig@crjphotography.co.za. As orders are printed to order, cancellation may not be possible once production or dispatch has started. If cancellation is accepted, we will confirm the refund amount and method in writing.
